Super easy to do business with this company. We knew from our beginning interactions that ownership was proactive and interested in expansion. We're a Christian-based web company that understands and appreciates the value of our alignment with ethical and moral companies. I also recommend Brocard because I've worked in the HVAC sector (Duct cleaning) in the past and I know what good air duct cleaning should look like, as well as what equipment should be used, techniques, etc. Onaidi has it locked in.

Onaidi came out and completed the work as requested. He provided me with an updated quote after taking a look at my heat pump. His price was fair. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MY SERVICE
Cannot say enough good things about my service from this company. Onaidi came out same day after a call late afternoon, quoted me half the price of another company, completed a full diagnostic (the other company found one issue and only spent about a few minutes inspecting my unit) and stayed well after dark to figure out the issue and get me heat for the night. In all he found at least 4 issues the other guy missed. He spent half a day testing my unit and getting everything right, made sure to answer all my questions, showed me pictures, readings

FAST AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Onaidi Gamez is very professional and reliable. My heater was blowing cold air for about a day and a half, I call Brocard Air Conditioning and Heater and they gave me same day service with great results. Now my heater is blowing hot air again after Onaidi fixed the leak. A couple days ago we woke up with a foggy home and now we know why, the leak was all the freon from the unit and that's why the house was all foggy. Thank you again Brocard Air for providing fast and professional service.

ONAIDI IS AMAZING!
Onaidi is amazing! Both of my HVAC units broke down in the morning, and I was calling AC guy after AC guy to try and get someone to come out the same day. Onaidi was the only one who understood my emergency, and agreed to come out that same evening. He diagnosed the issue for the first HVAC and fixed it pretty quickly. For the second HVAC, he figured it was one of two root causes. He offered to try to fix the first root cause, and if it didn’t fix it, he would eat the cost. True professional. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way we could understand, while giving tips to prevent future issues. I’m 100% coming back to Brocard!

My AC started blowing hot air on a Sunday. I called around so many different places and a technician from Brocard by the name of Onaidi was the only person to call back. He was so friendly from the moment he called. He asked what the issue was with my AC, and said he would be over in 30 minutes. He showed up right on time. He was so polite, professional, talkative, respectful, answered and explained to my husband the problem and what he was going to do. He had us up and running in 45 minutes. We are so pleased with his professionalism, that we will definitely have him back to service our AC and any other issues we have and will definitely recommend Brocard because of Onaidi!!

When my A/C went out I felt overwhelmed with being a single mom. I didn't want to call someone that might take advantage of me. When I first called I felt like they cared and wanted to help me in my time of need. My appointment was at 4:00pm, I received a call around 12:00pm asking if they can come in 10min to help me out. When they got there they asked me what was happening. I explained what was happening and they started checking on everything to try to figure out the problem. They explained to me in terms I understood what the next step was going to be. The problem was fixed and I asked about a new thermostat. They installed my new thermostat and showed me how it works. My A/C was working and with my new thermostat I knew I called the right guys. I didn't feel taken advantage of being a single mom or miss lead by not knowing how the A/C works. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you Brocard for your help in my worst time of need.
